Description:

The purpose of this job is to:

Assist the Head: Company Secretarial, Risk and Compliance with the implementation of all
aspects of the risk function, including implementation of risk management processes and
tools to identify, assess, measure, manage, monitor and report risks on a regular basis. Ensure compliance to all relevant Statutory requirements and the impact on the Company. Ensure that the Company complies with the necessary compliance requirements. Ensure that the Company remains compliant and up to date with legislated changes and
industry specific changes to the compliance requirements applicable to Eris Report on risk and compliance matters to the Head: Company Secretarial, Risk and
Compliance and to the Risk and Compliance Committee as well as the Audit
Committee. Assist the Head: Company Secretarial, Risk and Compliance with specific company
reporting obligations to Group and regulatory bodies as and when required.

? Strong understanding of business risk management and business continuity management.
