Company and Job Description:As the Financial Accountant, youll play a key role in managing the companys financial health, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and insight across all accounting functions. Youll work closely with operations and management to provide financial clarity and support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain General Ledger (GL) reconciliations and ensure accuracy across accounts.
- Perform detailed stock reconciliations and investigate variances.
- Oversee and support the operations budgeting process, including salary, wages, and travel budgets.
- Handle the full accounting function, from journal processing and month-end reporting to financial statement preparation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Completed BCom Accounting degree
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in a Financial Accountant role.Experience in budgeting and operational cost control.
