Minimum 10 years of working experience in Schematic Designs, PCB layout, and design for high-speed tracks and RF antennas; Bill of Materials; Altium designer and layout of up to 8-layer HDI PCBs; Test equipment design, Creation of production manuals as per ISO 9001 Senior Electronics Hardware Design Engineer
KZN (near Pinetown)

Requirements:

• National Diploma or BSc or BEng in Electronic Engineering
• Minimum of 10 yearsâ experience
• Knowledge of the automotive industry
• CE approval experience
• Basic firmware experience for 8 and 32-bit microprocessors
• Simulation of circuits using PSpice
• Experience with Audio/Video streams

Responsibilities:

• Schematic Design Â
• PCB layout and design for high-speed tracks and RF antennaÂ
• Creating and maintaining of Bill of Materials (BOM) for all productsÂ
• Proficiency in Altium Designer and layout of up to 8-layer HDI PCBsÂ
• Test equipment designÂ
• Basic mechanical hardware design for injection moulding POCâsÂ
• Creation of production manuals as per ISO9001
