Our client, a fleet services company with more than 40 years of experience in the logistics, transport, and commercial vehicle industry that specialises in supplying and maintaining all trucks and trailers, with a comprehensive range of services to clients in the North-West and Northern Cape regions are currently looking for a dynamic candidate with strong problem-solving skills in the following position:
SERVICE ADVISOR / WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR
KATHU, NORTHERN CAPE
Requirements:
- Minimum Grade 12 with relevant training and/or certification as a Service and/or Warranty Advisor.
- Proven work experience as a Service Advisor/Warranty Administrator or similar role.
- Minimum three years’ experience in commercial vehicle sales.
- A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry.
- Proficiency with industry-specific software (Warranty claims “TDS” and Evolve)
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication expertise.
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain customer relations and ensure excellent customer service.
- Good industry knowledge with a strong focus on continuous development.
- Processing of Job Cards.
- Issuing and processing of quotations.
- Building a trust relationship with customers by putting their businesses first.
- Obtaining authorisation for quoted repairs/services.
- Client liaison.
- Consulting with mechanics regarding necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive repairs.
- Provide customers with information and advice on warranty protections & potential cost savings.
