Overview
The Site Manager / Site Agent will oversee the full site execution of utility-scale Solar PV projects, ensuring construction is carried out safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role requires strong leadership, technical acumen, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary EPC teams. One candidate will be appointed per site.

Key Responsibilities
Site Execution & Coordination
Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for the Solar PV project. Coordinate daily activities of EPC contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel. Ensure adherence to project schedules and proactively identify delays or risks. Quality Assurance / Quality Control
Oversee QA/QC processes, inspections, and documentation. Approve method statements, ITPs, procedures, and construction work packs. Manage and drive the closure of non-conformance reports (NCRs) to ensure compliance with project specifications. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
Ensure full compliance with HSE legislation, project HSE plans, and site protocols. Conduct regular site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety audits. Promote a strong safety culture and enforce corrective actions where necessary. Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to the Project Manager and EPC leadership. Communicate effectively with engineering, procurement, and construction teams. Participate in site meetings, interface meetings, and client inspections.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Requirements
10+ years experience in site management or site agent roles on large-scale construction or energy projects. At least 2 completed Solar PV projects in a similar leadership capacity. Strong understanding of solar PV construction, civil works, mechanical and electrical installation processes. Proven experience managing QA/QC, HSE compliance, and NCR close-outs. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, method statements, and technical specifications. Preferred Attributes
Relevant engineering or construction qualification (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Construction Management). Strong leadership, communication, and team-coordination skills. Ability to work independently on remote project sites. High level of accountability and problem-solving capability.
