Minimum requirements:
Grade 12 Senior Certificate
Must be able to search males
Clear Criminal Record
Valid PSIRA Grade B registration and accreditation
Valid drivers license / Own reliable vehicle
Must be fluent in Afrikaans & English
Must be fully Computer literate
At least 5 years experience in the security industry
3-5 years previous supervisory experience
First aid, firefighting, health and safety training
Knowledge of security industry regulations including operational and client requirements
Duties & Responsibilities:
To be responsible for a profitable & professional Security environment Maintain high operational standards Controlling all assets and equipment entrusted to the position Enforcing company policies and procedures Professional client contact and problem-solving skills Managing all site personnel & training/evaluation of staff Effective & efficient Rostering of site staff, time keeping and recording of time sheets Ensuring staff turn are kept to a minimal Communicating in a professional manner Safety, complying with all regulations of the OHSA Quality Management skills & Taking initiative Portraying a participative management style Ensure effective and efficient day-to-day management of Sites Security personnel and conducting risk analysis surveys and inspections.
