Job Description Our client seeks a knowledgeable Bookkeeper with experience in law firm accounting systems. The firm is migrating from Legal Interact (Winlaw) to Ghost Practice/Law Practice, and you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth transition. This is a permanent, part-time role (23 days per week in-office).
You will be responsible for:
- Managing trust accounts and client ledgers
- Processing invoices, reconciliations, and payments
- Assisting with payroll and monthly reporting
- Supporting system migration and ensure compliance with legal accounting standards
- Maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all financial records
Qualifications
- Diploma/Certificate in Accounting advantageous
