National Senior Certificate Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience using Pastel Partner Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and support multiple team members Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls, welcome visitors, and manage email and written correspondence Maintain factory staff clock cards, submit fortnightly hours, and process leave forms (HR function handled by Head Office) File and track customer documentation: invoices, delivery notes, credit notes, and sales orders Handle supplier documents including invoices, GRVs, delivery notes, return notes, and statements (reconciling statements to invoices payments done by Head Office) Manage petty cash, reconcile slips, and submit month-end summaries to Head Office Type and email invoices; capture supplier invoices and other data on Pastel Partner Assist with customer queries and follow up on outstanding payments in coordination with Head Office Comply with policies, procedures, and statutory requirements Liaise with factory staff, drivers, and internal departments Support the Branch Manager, Financial Manager, and colleagues
