Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full accounting function (journals, reconciliations, reporting, etc.) Handle month-end and year-end closing processes Prepare and review management accounts and financial statements Support with budgeting and forecasting Ensure compliance and maintain accurate financial records Liaise with auditors and support financial reporting requirements Work extensively on Buildsmart and related construction accounting system
Job Experience and Skills Required:
BCom Accounting degree (completed) 3 5 years accounting experience (construction industry essential) Proven Buildsmart exposure Solid understanding of GL, reconciliations, trial balance, and FS preparation Analytical, methodical, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and within a team
