What Youll Do:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with enterprise clients, identifying new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with business unit managers to align proposals and solutions with client needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, including contracts and pricing negotiations.
- Create compelling sales collateral, presentations, and case studies in collaboration with marketing.
- Stay on top of market trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to management.What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience selling software development and related services to enterprise clients.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills able to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation and contract management abilities.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel as required.Preferred:
- Established network and sales experience in Gauteng (Johannesburg, Midrand, Pretoria).
