- Familiarity with databases, cloud computing and IT infrastructure
- Experience with Manual / Functional Testing
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven track record of leading successful business transformation projects
- 10+ years’ experience in this field
- Design and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and objectives
- Requirements management, communication and organisation
- Document requirements in appropriate detailed user stories on JIRA (Agile methodology) including acceptance criteria for testers
- Preparation/ updating of other relevant documentation
- Identify and assess business risks and opportunities
- Ensure alignment of business architecture with enterprise architecture
- Assisting with the business case, where required
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders and team members
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, where required
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
