Upmarket Blue Chip Company requires an experienced dynamic Human Resources Manager to join their fast growing Company. A resilient person to lead and ensure Operational excellence across all regions with over 2000 Employees. Oversee and lead the full HR and IR function in a fast paced National Work Force ensuring Legal Compliance, Supporting Management and building strong Employee relations while leading and managing a Small HR Team. Duties Include :-
- Develop and implement HR Policies and Procedures
- Manage HR Team
- Responsible for complexed Industrial Relations matters
- Lead Disciplinary processes, Consultations and hearings etc.
- CCMA Representation
- Ensure compliance with all Legislation
- Recruitment and Talent Management
- HR Administration and compliance including Audits
- Employment engagement and Culture
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (essential)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an HR Manager or Senior HR position
- Proven experience managing large workforces
- Strong, resilient personality with the ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment
- Advanced IR knowledge and experience handling complex cases
- Strong knowledge of SA labour legislation (BCEA, LRA, EEA, OHSA)
- Experienced managing or supervising an HR team
- Excellent communication, conflict management, and organisational skills
- High level of Confidentiality
