Join a global organisation that provides specialised technical support and spare parts services across Sub-Saharan Africa. In this role, youll take ownership of the full bookkeeping function, ensuring accurate financial records, reconciliations, and reporting for a busy, fast-moving environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain complete and accurate financial records up to balance sheet
- Process general ledger entries and lead sheet maintenance
- Handle accounts receivable and payable, including reconciliations
- Prepare and reconcile bank and payment transactions
- Process foreign exchange transactions
- Reconcile credit card statements and expense claims
- Process monthly journals and adjustments
- Maintain the fixed asset register
- Assist with month-end and year-end processes
Experience & Skills Required:
- Matric with a relevant Bookkeeping/Finance qualification
- Experience with SAGE Evolution (advantageous)
- Exposure to foreign exchange transactions highly beneficial
- Fluent in English (first language advantageous)
- Must have own transport
