Credit Controller

Credit ControllerRustenburg, North WestR 18 000 - R 20 000 CTC Per Month Our client in the hygiene industry is seeking a skilled and proactive Credit Controller to join their Rustenburg branch.This role requires a dynamic individual with strong knowledge of Coupa and Ariba portals, as well as experience working with clients in the mining sector. Minimum requirements:

• Matric
• Certificate/Diploma in Credit Management or equivalent experience would be advantageous
• 3 Years Credit Management experience
• Experience working with Mines is essential
• Must have experience with Coupa and Ariba portals
• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license (travel to mines required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Collection of outstanding debtor accounts
• Reconciliation of customer and control accounts
• Preparation of debit & credit notes and journals
• Daily processing and management of debit orders
• Credit vetting and obtaining trade references
• Loading invoices and managing client portals (Coupa, Ariba, etc.)
