Description:
Responsibilities:- Responsible for negotiating, drafting and reviewing key commercial contracts.
- Provide support in addressing, resolving and managing legal issues.
- Manage litigation processes.
- Engage with both external and internal legal/advisory resources.Requirements:
- Completed LLB and must be an Admitted Attorney.
- Minimum 8 years post articles experience working in either the energy, mining, utilities, construction, or oil and gas industry.
- In-house legal experience is a non-negotiable.
- Open to travelling occasionally.
