Description:
A reputable, well established company based in Pomona requires a Key account coordinator-internal sales representative
DUTIES:
- Achieve set monthly turnover and margin budgets.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key customer accounts. (50 key accounts NB and 150 normal clients)
- Accurate order processing
- Liaise and assist with technical info/alternatives if no stock available and expected delivery of orders
- Manage customer expectations
- Assist with and resolve customer complaints
- Proactively identify and engage with new customers through cold calling, lead generation, and market research
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and orders in the CRM system
- Assist the accounts department with queries
- Reactivate lost or dormant accounts by building strong relationships and understanding client needs

- Diploma in sales/customer services (Advantageous)
- Fully Bilingual well spoken in English and Afrikaans
- Proven experience in internal sales, key accounts, or customer service, ideally within the industrial, automotive, or off-highway sectors. (under ground machinery)
- Mining experience would be beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — able to build trust quickly and manage diverse customer relationships
- Technical product knowledge or understanding of off-highway or commercial vehicle components is advantageous
REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric
- Diploma in sales/customer services (Advantageous)
- Fully Bilingual well spoken in English and Afrikaans
