As the National Billing Manager, you will oversee the full billing lifecycle for all MRMSA entities from customer onboarding and billing setup to invoicing, adjustments, revenue recognition, and month-end reporting. You will work closely with sales, operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure the highest levels of billing accuracy and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the national billing function, ensuring timeous, accurate, and complete invoicing across all entities. Oversee the full billing cycle including onboarding, billing configuration, invoicing, adjustments, and credit notes. Maintain accurate billing data, master data integrity, and compliance with policies, contracts, and accounting standards. Monitor unbilled revenue, backlogs, and billing discrepancies, driving corrective actions and improvements. Collaborate cross-functionally to support revenue recognition, reporting, and query resolution. Uphold strong internal controls, support audits, and drive continuous process improvements. Lead, mentor, and develop the national billing team to ensure high performance and service excellence.
