CA Qualification B-Degree in Accounting or Finance Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
Duties:
There are 3 people reporting in, and duties include:
Prepare monthly reports with financial commentary Deliver monthly accounting packs and completed month-end reporting Calculate provisions for bad debts, credit notes, and inventory Preparing year-end financial packs Draft Annual Financial Statements (AFS) Reviewed cashbook entries and accounts payable payments Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and conducted general ledger reviews Submission of all statutory requirements (e.g. All tax requirements, secretarial duties). Risk assessments analysis: Business and Financial Risks. Finance/Cash Management. Manage imports and exports with hedging. Comply to IFRS for SME requirements. Review all monthly general ledger reconciliations, together with supplier reconciliations. Prepare weekly and monthly cash flows. Manage and review the monthly management accounts for monthly finance management meetings. Cost analysis for operations departments for cost saving. Strategic planning to meet the objectives of the entity. Review of all finance functions done by the Finance team. Direct contact with External Auditors managing all audit queries. Compliance with the Companies Act Mentor the Finance team
