This is a full-time in-office positionJob Specification
Role will embrace all administrative support functions of their digital marketing projects and of the business, working alongside the business owners
Requires that you are an organizer and problem-solver, comfortable working in a team and communicating with clients Diverse role, requiring that you are comfortable to jump into wherever you are needed, be it data entry, screening of all inbound calls, client communications, or otherwise
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 or equivalent
Administrative courses or qualifications - hugely beneficial
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Afrikaans
Prior personal assistant-type role experience
Proficient in Office365, especially Excel
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong organizer who likes detail and creating structure
Proactive and resourceful - you don't wait to be told what to do
Trustworthy and discreet
Confident with data and working with numbers, and comfortable with repetitive tasks
5 years' experience in an administrative role
Dedicated, passionate, and hardworking
Friendly and helpful demeanor
Own reliable transport
