Minimum RequirementsMatric Plus a Technical qualification or relevant education N4 to N6 Trade Test Certificate: Electrician/Millwright or equivalent qualification 10+ Years relevant experience in a maintenance environment 5+ Years supervisory experience Strong background in electrical/mechanical maintenance PLC experience Proficient in MS Office Suite Responsibilities
Supervise and Co-ordinate a Maintenance Team Assign tasks, monitor performance and provide technical support Ensure adherence to preventative maintenance schedules to reduce unplanned downtime Diagnose breakdowns and implement corrective actions Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company standards Ensure correct use of PPE and adherence to safety procedures Identify areas for process and efficiency improvement Maintain records of maintenance work, downtime analysis and equipment performance Plan and execute all breakdown repairs without delay Perform general daily administrative tasks and generate weekly/monthly reports Plan and oversee the execution of monthly maintenance tasks Assist with the training and general development of subordinates TO APPLY:
