About the role Our client is seeking a
Strategic Growth Manager
to own and grow revenue across a portfolio of enterprise accounts. The role spans the full customer lifecycle: onboarding, value realisation, retention, and expansion using data, commercial rigour, and senior stakeholder engagement to deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities
• Own the enterprise client journey end-to-end: onboarding, value delivery, retention, and account development.
• Grow revenue through adoption, upsell, and cross-sell by analysing usage and commercial trends to spot and close gaps.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders; build multi-level, consultative relationships that drive alignment and outcomes.
• Champion product performance in client environments; remove blockers and embed best-practice implementation.
• Ensure service excellence: oversee SLAs, track tickets and escalations proactively, and coordinate timely resolution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Legal, Support, Finance, Data, and Leadership to deliver a seamless client experience.

Requirements:
Requirements• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in management consulting, product management, investment/portfolio management, or a closely related field.
• Strong commercial acumen; connects business drivers to value and revenue outcomes.
• Analytical, data-driven decision-maker with solid problem-solving and project management skills.
• Confident engaging executive stakeholders; excellent communication, influence, and negotiation abilities.
• High-EQ relationship builder who thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
• Nice to have: analytical/statistical background; familiarity with payments/e-commerce technologies and market trends.
• Logistics: willingness to travel as needed (up to ~30% of your time).
