A well established and reputable company based in Honeydew requires a Technical sales representative:
Duties:
- Primarily to grow the export market in Africa
- To supply Filtration products into the local and Export markets
- Identify target export markets and analyse technical needs, competitor presence, regulatory requirements, and buying behaviour
- Support or lead the development of go-to-market strategies in each region.
- Identify, appoint, and train local agents, distributors, or technical partners
- Provide technical support and ensure partners are aligned with brand and product messaging
Requirements:

- Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, Chemical or Mining Engineering Diploma or Degree
- Commerce degree preferably in Business or Sales Management
- Proven track record in developing and travelling into the African region, coupled with technical selling. Experience developing and closing deals in new or emerging markets
- Technical knowledge and experience in the Filtration Industry, Mining and Heavy Industry will be an added advantage
- Computer Literate i.e. Outlook, Online Meetings, MS Word, Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint, Internet, Pastel Manufacture Accounting
- Have the temperament to handle/deal with stress and pressure
- English (required), French or Portuguese (advantageous)
