· 5–8 years in partnership management, business development, or account management
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field
· Postgraduate qualification (e.g., MBA) advantageous
· Experience in fintech, payments, or POS ecosystems highly preferred
· Strong understanding of commercial negotiations, contract management, and partner enablement
· Proven track record in driving growth through strategic partnerships
· Familiarity with product integration, API environments, and go-to-market execution
