PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The End-to-End Sales Consultant is responsible for managing the full sales cycle — from lead generation and prospecting, through to product presentation, closing, onboarding and post-sale follow-up. The role requires a confident communicator with strong customer engagement skills, excellent product knowledge, and the ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

DUTIES OF THE ROLE

  1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Source and qualify new leads through outbound calling, digital channels, referrals, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of potential clients.
  • Conduct initial needs analysis to understand customer requirements.
  1. Sales Presentation & Product Demonstration
  • Present and position products or services effectively to prospective customers.
  • Provide accurate product information and tailor solutions to individual customer needs.
  • Handle objections professionally and confidently.
  1. Closing Sales
  • Prepare and present proposals or quotations.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms within company guidelines.
  • Secure signed agreements and convert leads into sales.
  1. Customer Onboarding
  • Guide customers through the onboarding process to ensure successful activation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, support, finance) for smooth setup.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance requirements.
  1. Post-Sale Support & Relationship Management
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Build long-term customer relationships to support retention and portfolio growth.
  1. Reporting & Administration
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records.
  • Submit daily/weekly sales reports and pipeline updates.

Track performance against individual and team targets.

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

  • Matric or Equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 2 years’ proven experience in full-cycle sales (B2C or B2B)
  • Call Centre environment sales experience in a UK Campaign is advantageous
  • Proven Sales development or Business development experience.
  • Ability to work in UK hours
