Senior HR Manager Reporting to: HCM Executive
Seniority Level: Professional
Job Purpose:To support and execute the organization's human capital strategy by overseeing all core HR functions including recruitment and talent acquisition, performance management across Africa, BBBEE, and EE in South Africa; AA in Namibia. The role involves fostering a culture of trust, inclusion, and continuous improvement to attract, retain, and develop top talent.

Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
Registration with a professional body (e.g. SABPP) advantageous.
Experience:Minimum 7-10 years HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in management. Experience in multi-site operations and cross-border preferred.
Knowledge & Skills:In-depth knowledge of labour legislation, strong interpersonal skills, high level of confidentiality, proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
