Description:
Grow Sales from customers assigned to you while maintaining ethical standards in
accordance with company policies and ethics.
Generate purchase requisition and stock planning requirements for customers
On-board new customers in consultation with the Internal Sales Manager
Prepare and process quotations, orders, and invoices with precision
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer communications
Assist customers with product information and coordinate with technical teams when
required
Support logistics and warehouse coordination to ensure timely deliveries
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including reporting and documentation
Uphold company’s standards of accuracy and professionalism in all communications
Learn and develop company product knowledge.
Knowledge Skills:
Proven administrative experience with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Negotiation and Listening skill, able to articulate.

Requirements:
- Customer Service: 2 to 3 years
- Internal Sales: 2 to 3 years
- Sales Administrator: 2 to 3 years
Matric, Preferable
Preferable 1 - 2 years’ experience within customer services environment
Preferable good working knowledge of Hydraulics, Lubrication and Filtration
English and Afrikaans spoken and written.
