Assistant Position
Start Date: 07 January 2026
Work Week: Tuesday – Saturday
Location: Pietermaritzburg
Position Overview
We’re looking for a motivated, disciplined, and presentable Assistant to join our growing property team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on being productive, loves working with people, and wants to grow.
You’ll assist with daily operations — from scheduling appointments/ signing deals within Marketing Scope and managing leads to assisting with travel, school drops, and property showings.
Key Responsibilities
Call property sellers and book appointments, Call leads and sign them up , leads provided
Manage the agent’s calendar and follow-ups
Attend property viewings and assist with client relations
Provide administrative support and handle general office duties
Assist with school drop-offs, travel, and errands when required
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Participate in weekly check-in meetings
Commit to self-paced training in your own time
Requirements
Female, age 25 years or older
Valid Code B driver’s license (minimum 3-5 years driving experience)
Access to vehicle use provided
Excellent driving skills and confidence on the road
Well-educated and articulate
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong communication and people skills
Disciplined, proactive, and goal-driven
Must be motivated by a big “why” and a desire to grow
Compensation
Basic salary (discussed during interview)
Performance bonus for every KPI achieved

Initial 1-month probation, extendable to 3 months if all KPIs are met.
Permanent position considered upon successful completion.
