- Lead and manage all HR functions and compliance.
- Guide managers on employee relations and performance issues.
- Handle disputes, CCMA cases, grievances, and misconduct.
- Develop and implement HR policies, contracts, and procedures.
- Diploma/ BCom
- 7 years’ experience
- Experience dealing with contractors
- Union experience
- Experience managing a team
