- A regular cycle of stores cleaning and inspections is carried out to ensure safety standards are always maintained to the highest level possible and in compliance with legislative requirements.
- PPE is used as required by legislation.
- Incidents and innovations are logged on Sheqsys as they arise.
STAFF MANAGEMENT
- Staff are managed and directed as appropriate.
- Company HR and Disciplinary policy is adhered to.
- Training for staff is planned, and succession plans are managed.
STORES SUPPORT SERVICE
- Efficient security, stock control and optimum storage conditions are established for the company’s product lines.
- The receipt, co-ordination and safety of goods coming through the stores is monitored.
- Orders arrive and are despatched on time to the right destinations and in the right quantities.
- Efficient systems are implemented and managed to account for incoming raw materials/spares.
- All goods are stored securely and safely in conditions appropriate for the raw materials/spares.

- Inventory Management Software Knowledge (SAP, Oracle etc.).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
