Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement winning sales strategies aligned to business goals. Analyse sales performance and pipeline metrics using CRM and BI tools. Identify new market opportunities and expand our customer base. Collaborate with executive and product teams to align sales strategy with broader organisational goals.Customer & Brand Excellence
Act as a brand ambassador at events and in client engagements. Manage key customer relationships and secure major contracts. Collaborate with marketing to convert leads and measure campaign success. Lead strategic engagements in complex solution selling environments.Team Leadership & Development
Build, inspire, and manage a high-performance sales team. Champion a culture of collaboration and accountability. Identify talent needs and support recruitment and onboarding. Provide mentorship and ongoing development opportunities to emerging sales leaders.Reporting & Planning
Oversee budget planning, pricing strategies, and profitability goals. Deliver timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and insights to senior leadership. Drive sales efficiency and margin optimisation through continuous process improvement.Qualifications & Experience
Education & Knowledge
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or related field (MBA advantageous). Strong knowledge of modern sales and marketing methodologies.Experience
20+ years in the ICT sector, with at least 10+ years in ICT sales. 5+ years in a senior sales management/director role. Demonstrated ability to grow sales teams and deliver strategic results.Key Competencies
Advanced strategic thinking and commercial acumen. Proficient in BI tools, CRM systems, and MS Office. Exceptional leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
