- Drive new client acquisition, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline with a focus on strategic, high-value clients.
- Conduct in-depth client needs analysis to tailor customised freight solutions.
- Conceptualise and execute client acquisition strategies for long-term revenue growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operational teams to align service delivery with client expectations.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors Degree or Advanced Diploma (Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or similar). 35 years experience in freight forwarding sales (essential). Proven track record in business growth, client acquisition, and sales delivery. Experience generating leads through physical and digital channels. Strong competence in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides. Experience in the e-commerce or tech-driven logistics sector (advantageous).
Skills & Competencies:
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills. Data-driven, analytical, and able to convert insights into actionable strategies. Excellent presentation, communication, and senior stakeholder engagement skills. Highly organised, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple deals at once. Solutions-oriented mindset with a proactive, self-motivated working style. Comfortable in high-growth, fast-moving environments with evolving priorities.
