Minimum RequirementsMatric (Essential) B.Com Degree (Advantageous) Technical Qualification (Advantageous) Must have a valid drivers license Minimum 3 5 years of sales experience Must have experience in the Construction, Manufacturing, Mining & Agriculture Industry Experience in strategic accounting, budgeting, and financial control Proven ability in key account and dealer network management Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, Syspro systems Conduct visits to existing and potential clients to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities Develop and expand the territory in line with the companys growth objectives Oversee budgets, costing, and overall profitability within the assigned territory Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients through effective use of the CRM system Prepare and negotiate quotations, pricing, and credit terms; draft and manage contracts Track customer requirements and competitor activities, providing regular reports to management Engage with clients after sales to ensure satisfaction and deliver continued support Collaborate with the credit control team to facilitate the collection of outstanding payments Support cross-selling and upselling strategies to enhance client value and profitability Maintain clear communication and high standards of customer service throughout the post-sale process Cold call and prospect new business opportunities Report to management on sales performance and market trends Monitor and analyze competitor products and market conditions Assess clients' needs and recommend suitable products or services Develop presentations, reports, and proposals to illustrate product benefits
