Description:
Key Responsibilities- Process supplier and customer invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Reconcile bank statements, accounts, and financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with month-end processes.
- Support the finance team with reporting, data capturing, and documentation.
- Assist with financial queries and contribute to improving accounting processes.Â
Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or Bookkeeping (advantageous).
- Proven experience in a financial administration or accounting role.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and accounting systems.
