Requirements:Degree in Human Resource Management
35 years relevant HR experience
Fluent in Afrikaans & English (written and verbal)
Knowledge of Labour Law, HR compliance & EE reporting
Experience with WSP/ATR submissions (advantageous)
Strong interpersonal & communication skills
Able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
Experience with SAGE 300 People (advantageous)
Own transport
Preference for affirmative action candidates
Key Responsibilities:
Support HR Manager with HR strategies and initiatives
Assist with performance management, training & development
Manage WSP/ATR and Employment Equity reporting
Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
Handle HR admin, disciplinary processes & legal compliance
Oversee Health & Safety and ECOIDA administration
