Reporting to the Sales ManagerKey Areas of Responsibility:
Telesales, quoting and sales administration
Duties:
Telesales: Experience and confident in making outbound sales calls including cold calling
Providing administration support to Sales personnel
Dealing telephonically with external customers on queries and order/delivery requirements
Managing orders and delivery dates for the relevant sales personnel portfolio
Assisting in processing new and repeat jobs to meet customer requiremetns with respect to order quantity, price and delivery and label specifications
Managing and updating CRM system
Quoting on customers requirements - through Syspro
Requirements:
Requirements:Matric
A tertiary qualification in administration or marketing/sales will be advantageous
Internal Sales experience - outbound and inbound
A high level of numeracy and computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
Knowledge of self-adhesive label manufacturing industry an advantage
Excellent coordination and administrative skills
The ability to work according to strict deadlines on a continuous basis on numerous simultaneous projects
Superior interpersonal and communication skills/customer orientation
The ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Understanding of Syspro is an advantage
