Invoicing Clerk – Fleet Industry – Sandton
One of our large fleet management clients based in Sandton are urgently in need of an Invoicing Clerk within the Fleet Industry to start as soon as possible.
Salary: R12 500 + benefits
Working Hours: Mon – Fri: 07h30 – 17h00
Requirements:
Grade 12
Own Transport
Must have at least 2 years’ experience in invoicing bulk amounts of invoices
Working/have worked in the logistics/rental industry will be beneficial
Needs to be proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
A head for figures accurate
Work well under pressure
Worked on an accounting program before
Fleetactiv it is not compulsory but beneficial
Duties:
Processing bulk invoices
Process invoices and scan them to the server
Send out invoices and statements to clients
Prepare hard copies of invoices for Sales Reps to Deliver
Process pro-forma invoices where needed
Will be assisting debriefing ladies from time to time with working out overtime, allocating costs to rentals,
General filing
Will be asked to assist with other administrative duties when needed
