Key Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance (essential) Minimum 35 years experience in a similar role within the construction sector Proficiency in BuildSmart accounting software (non-negotiable) Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Manage the full accounting function, including general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting Oversee project costing and ensure the accurate allocation of expenses Prepare monthly management accounts and assist with audits Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure financial compliance Support the finance team with ad hoc tasks and process improvements
