Description:
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the main point of contact for client accounts and coordinate internal delivery teams.
- Proactively manage contract renewals and implement effective retention strategies.
- Monitor client satisfaction levels and identify potential risks or opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with technical, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Identify and pursue upsell or cross-sell opportunities aligned with clients' needs.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure CRM data integrity.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or Engineering (essential).
- Minimum of 5 years experience in account management, client services, or key account retention.
- Proven experience in renewal management, client satisfaction, and commercial negotiation.
- Understanding of modular engineering, project lifecycle, or process equipment will be advantageous.
