Description:
We’re looking for a detail-driven Lab Analyst within the beverage sector. This role plays a key part in maintaining QMS and SANAS 17025:2017 compliance and driving continuous improvement. This role would suit a graduate who wants to gain experience. Minimum Requirements:- Grade 12
- Higher Diploma or BSc in Microbiology, Food Technology, Biotechnology or similar
- +-1 years’ lab experience - preferred
- Strong analytical ability, attention to detail & accurate record-keeping
- Proficient in MS Word & Excel
- Own transport & willingness to work flexible hours
- Conduct accurate chemical and micro analyses using standard methods
- Calibrate, maintain, and verify lab equipment
- Support quality investigations, problem-solving, and corrective actions
- Maintain QMS documentation and assist during audits (including SANAS)
- Manage lab stock, chemicals, consumables, and supplier feedback
- Uphold all health, safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards
