TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE
A Client specialising in in plant and animal nutrition with extensive expertise in crop nutrition, soil conditioning and fertiliser efficiency, offering a specific range of fertilisers adapted to local soils and farmers needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
- Meet with 3 to 4 farmers daily to introduce Timac Agro, identify their needs, conduct soil sample testing, present solutions, close sales, and provide follow-up.
- Grow and manage a new territory of clients, securing and maintaining strong relationships with farmers.
- Provide educational training through seminars and trade events, enhancing client knowledge and trust in the companys products.
Sales and Marketing:
- Achieve sales targets set by management within your geographic area.
- Promote new products, ensure improved distribution, and drive promotional results.
- Develop your customer portfolio and energize the client network through events and digital channels.
Territory Management:
- Organize activities based on campaign seasonality, segment your territory, and optimize your customer network.
- Stay informed on market conditions, plan sales efforts, recognize new opportunities, and maintain accurate territory records.
Reporting and Administration:
- Ensure precise reporting by updating the CRM system and completing activity reports for customer follow-up and tracking.
- Assist with stock management, including forecasting, ordering supplies, and maintaining inventory records.

- Must reside in the area of responsibility.

Education & Experience:
- B.Com/B.Sc or equivalent qualification.
