A leading manufacturing company is looking for a skilled O&M Technical Support Technician to join their team in their Elandsfontein, Gauteng facility. Non-Negotiable Requirements- 3 Phase Installation Electrician qualification
- 3â5 yearsâ experience in fault finding, system integration, and solar installations
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office, SAP/ERP, and job-specific systems)
- Proven knowledge of production, engineering, sales, and marketing processes
- Valid driverâs licence
- Deliver reliable technical support with minimal disruptions and high uptime
- Conduct fault finding and root cause analysis (RCA), providing reports per case
- Provide proactive technical updates and resolve issues within SLA
- Plan and execute preventative maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to schedules
- Reduce equipment downtime through structured maintenance planning
- Ensure compliance with ISO maintenance standards, HSE regulations, and audits
- Maintain accurate compliance records and achieve high audit scores
- Resolve customer queries within SLA, ensuring high satisfaction and reduced complaints
- Support lab, storeman, and remote monitoring team members
- Proactive and action-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Planning and organisational skills
- Resilient and adaptable under pressure
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused with relationship-building ability
- Technical issues resolved within SLA and minimal repeat incidents
