Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks for the depot, including correspondence, filing, and reporting.

  • Maintain accurate records of depot activities, vehicle movements, and staff schedules.

  • Support depot management with operational coordination and documentation.

  • Assist in preparing reports for senior management.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Coordinate internal communication between depot staff, management, and other departments.

  • Handle basic financial administration, including petty cash, invoices, and supplier correspondence.

  • Provide support for HR-related tasks such as attendance records and staff documentation.

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and assist with any ad-hoc tasks as required.

    Requirements:

    • Matric/Grade 12; relevant tertiary qualification in Administration or Business Management is a plus.

    • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in transport/logistics operations.

    • Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

    • Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and record-keeping.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Professional, approachable, and reliable demeanor.
