Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily administrative tasks for the depot, including correspondence, filing, and reporting.

Maintain accurate records of depot activities, vehicle movements, and staff schedules.

Support depot management with operational coordination and documentation.
-
Assist in preparing reports for senior management.
-
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
-
Coordinate internal communication between depot staff, management, and other departments.
-
Handle basic financial administration, including petty cash, invoices, and supplier correspondence.

Provide support for HR-related tasks such as attendance records and staff documentation.
-
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and assist with any ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
-
Matric/Grade 12; relevant tertiary qualification in Administration or Business Management is a plus.

Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in transport/logistics operations.
-
Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
-
Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and record-keeping.
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-
