A market-leading FMCG manufacturer is looking for a Process Technologist to support the transition of new products from development into full-scale production.
This role suits someone who is organised, solutions-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with factory trials, pre-production planning, and process optimisation
- Ensure product specifications, quality standards and documentation are correctly implemented
- Provide technical input from concept stage through to final launch
- Liaise with production, QA, NPD teams, and suppliers to resolve challenges
- Compile trial reports and support post-launch improvements
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Food Science, Food Technology or similar)
- 2+ years’ FMCG experience
- Understanding of production processes and NPD
- Strong computer literacy and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach
