What you will do:
Develop fresh, strategic ideas guided by insights and client objectives Write original, persuasive copy for multiple platforms and format Contribute to campaign concepts and overall creative direction Interpret briefs and turn them into strong creative solutions Produce clear, engaging copy for digital, print, social, video and integrated campaigns Ensure all messaging aligns with client strategies and business goals Help create client presentations with strong storytelling Present creative concepts confidently to clients when needed Participate in pitches and contribute to winning new business Collaborate with the creative team to deliver high quality work Work with client services to interpret and refine briefs Liaise with suppliers and freelance creatives when required Continuously develop creative and technical skills Stay updated with industry trends, copywriting principles and AI toolsWhat you must have:
3 to 5 years within a similar role Marketing degree or relevant qualification Experience working in a marketing or creative agency Experience contributing to and winning client pitches Strong grounding in copywriting principles and excellent grammar Confident verbal communicator (face-to-face and telephonic) Ability to articulate ideas clearly to internal teams and clients Industry awareness and strong research abilities Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Ability to use AI tools to support copy generation
