Duties :
Oversee all operational aspects of the business, ensuring optimal efficiency and alignment with strategic objectives. Partner with the CFO and senior leadership to drive performance, profitability, and process improvement. Implement best practices across logistics, supply chain, and customer operations. Ensure compliance, governance, and operational risk management in line with global standards. Build, lead, and inspire high-performing teams across multiple business units.
Education and experience :
CA(SA) 1520 years experience in leadership roles, with a strong focus on operations within logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain. Proven success in executive operations management; CFO experience will be a strong advantage. Exceptional commercial insight and hands-on leadership capability.
