About the Role
Join our professional fundraising team based in Australia, representing leading Australian and New Zealand based charities. This is a sales-based phone role , not customer service or admin. You’ll be engaging with everyday Australians, inspiring them to commit to regular donations that change lives. Every call has meaning, every “yes” makes a difference.
We expect focus, resilience, and hunger to hit and exceed KPIs. In return, you’ll join a team that celebrates results, rewards performance, and values personal growth.
Full training and on-going coaching provided. Additional bonuses paid for exceeding target expectations.
You Bring
- Proven results in sales, fundraising, or phone-based roles
- Confidence asking for financial commitments over the phone
- Drive to achieve daily and weekly KPIs
- Resilience — you bounce back after every “no” and aim for the next “yes”
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Reliable work ethic and consistency in attendance
- Competent computer skills and ability to learn fast
- Confident to close the deal, whilst being authentic and genuine and comfortable asking for money and overcoming objections.
Must Have’s
· A minimum of 2 years proven sales experience within a Call Centre
· Speaking fluent and clear English
· Reliable and working Internet, with back up
· Working computer or laptop with antivirus software
· Working and reliable electricity and back up when needed
· Be able to work Australian based hours AEST or AEDT (5 – 7.5hr shifts)
This is not an entry-level customer-service role.
