Are you a dynamic go-getter with a passion for fintech and field sales? Lesaka is looking for a Growth Executive to join our high-impact Growth Organisation — a team that’s reshaping the future of merchant services across South Africa.
As a Growth Executive , you’ll be at the forefront of merchant acquisition, activation, and retention, driving revenue across our integrated product suite: Card, Cash, Capital, Software, and VAS . This is more than a sales role — it’s a chance to be a catalyst for financial inclusion and digital transformation.
🌟 What You’ll Do:
- Acquire & Activate Merchants: Convert leads into signed, installed, and revenue-generating merchants.
- Drive Multi-Product Growth: Promote bundled solutions that boost merchant profitability and loyalty.
- Own Your Territory: Manage your pipeline, report insights, and align with regional strategies.
- Engage & Expand: Build lasting relationships and identify cross-sell opportunities.
- Stay Ahead: Keep up with fintech trends and share best practices with your team.
💼 What You Bring:
- 3+ years in external sales, business development, or merchant acquisition.
- Proven success in multi-product sales and pipeline management.
- Experience in fintech, financial services, or merchant acquiring (preferred).
- Matric required; tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or Marketing is a plus.
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle — ready to hit the road!
