Job Title: Admin Assistant – Warehouse & Logistics
Job Summary:
The Admin Assistant supports the Warehouse and Logistics team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating shipments, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock databases. Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents. Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries. Manage office administration for the warehouse, including filing, data entry, and correspondence. Track and report on logistics performance metrics. Support the team in scheduling, reporting, and ad hoc tasks as required. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, logistics, or warehouse operations. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
