HR Manager – Manufacturing SectorJohannesburg South | Full-TimeA well-established company in the manufacturing industry is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee the full HR function. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting management with strategic HR initiatives, compliance, and workforce development. Key Focus Areas:- Driving HR strategy and organisational alignment
- Managing recruitment, training, and performance processes
- Overseeing payroll, compliance, and employee relations
- Ensuring smooth HR operations across the business
- Relevant tertiary qualification in HR or Industrial Psychology
- Minimum 5 years’ HR management experience (preferably in manufacturing/engineering)
- Strong knowledge of South African labour laws and MEIBC standards
- Proficiency in HR and payroll systems (SAGE advantageous)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
