Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology and operational improvement projects Manage and optimize fleet and transport systems for compliance and efficiency Oversee financial systems integration including ERP and billing platforms Engage stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable IT solutions Manage vendor relationships, procurement processes, and IT inventory Mentor IT staff and align resources with strategic initiatives
Job Experience and Skills Required:
Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field Minimum 5 years experience in IT operations and project management Proven track record in delivering cross-functional IT/business system projects Experience in the transport or logistics sector is highly advantageous Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational skills Proficiency in ERP systems, fleet management platforms, and financial systems Preferred Certifications: PMP or PRINCE2 ITIL Foundation Business Analysis or ERP-related certifications
